Read case studyA Laravel-based Amazon Inventory Management System developed to simplify inventory, product, order, vendor, and purchase management. The system integrates with Amazon SP-API to synchronize marketplace data, track stock levels, manage warehouse operations, and provide useful business insights through a centralized dashboard.
AIMS (Amazon Inventory Management System) is a custom web application developed to help Amazon sellers and warehouse teams manage their daily inventory and business operations more efficiently. The system connects with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to synchronize product, order, and inventory data between Amazon and the local management platform.
The main goal of this project was to reduce manual work, improve inventory accuracy, and provide a centralized platform for managing Amazon seller operations. With different modules for products, inventory, orders, vendors, purchase orders, and reports, AIMS helps businesses manage their warehouse activities and make better decisions.
The application is built using Laravel and MySQL, with a responsive frontend that provides a simple and user-friendly experience.
Managing inventory and orders across an Amazon marketplace can become difficult when businesses depend on manual records and separate systems. AIMS was developed to bring important Amazon seller and warehouse operations into one organized platform.
The system synchronizes product listings and order information through Amazon SP-API, stores the required data locally, and provides tools for monitoring stock movements, managing purchases, and tracking business performance.
It also helps warehouse teams understand incoming and outgoing stock, identify products with low inventory, and maintain better control over their daily operations.
The system connects with Amazon SP-API to synchronize product listing information. It stores important product details, including SKU, ASIN, and product information, in the local database for easy management.
AIMS helps track inventory levels and maintain stock records in one place. It manages stock-in through purchase orders and stock-out through Amazon orders, while also maintaining a history of inventory movements.
The system automatically synchronizes Amazon order data and stores order and order item details. Inventory can be updated after order shipment, helping warehouse teams maintain accurate stock records.
The application supports invoice generation in PDF format. This makes it easier to prepare and manage invoices related to order processing.
The vendor management module stores supplier information and helps manage vendor relationships. Vendors can be linked with purchase orders for better purchase tracking.
Users can create and manage purchase orders through the system. The module helps track incoming stock and updates inventory when purchased items are received.
AIMS identifies products with low inventory levels and provides restocking alerts. This helps warehouse teams plan purchases and reduce the risk of stock-outs.
The dashboard provides a clear overview of important business information, including sales insights, stock levels, order summaries, and inventory-related data. These insights help users monitor operations and make informed decisions.
The integration with Amazon SP-API helps reduce manual data entry by synchronizing marketplace information with the local system. This improves workflow efficiency and reduces the chance of errors caused by maintaining separate records.
AIMS brings product, inventory, order, vendor, and purchase management together in one platform. This makes it easier for Amazon sellers and warehouse teams to access and manage their business data.
AIMS provides a centralized solution for managing Amazon seller and warehouse operations. By connecting Amazon marketplace data with local inventory and order management, the system helps reduce manual work and improves visibility into daily business activities.
The application makes it easier to manage products, track inventory, process orders, manage vendors, create purchase orders, and monitor stock levels. Its modular Laravel architecture also provides a strong foundation for future improvements, such as multi-account Amazon support, multi-warehouse management, advanced reporting, and demand forecasting.
